1.Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Warden bot ("Warden", "we", "us") to a Discord server, using our dashboard, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Warden. If you use Warden on behalf of a Discord server, you represent that you have the authority to bind that server and its members to these terms.

2.Description of Service

Warden is a Discord bot and companion web dashboard built for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC) communities. It provides features including, but not limited to, Roblox verification, moderation tools, staff management, shift logging, sessions, infractions, applications, activity notices, ban appeals, and integration with the ER:LC game API.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features may require a paid subscription ("Warden+").

3.Eligibility

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, the Roblox Terms of Use, and all applicable laws when using Warden. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use Warden for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Warden, its infrastructure, or other users' data.
  • Abuse, overload, spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, its API integrations, or rate limits.
  • Use Warden to violate the terms of Discord, Roblox, or the ER:LC / PRC API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

5.ER:LC API Keys & Third-Party Services

Certain features require you to link an ER:LC server API key. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any API key you provide, and for the actions performed using it. API keys are stored encrypted and used only to provide the features you enable.

Warden relies on third-party services including Discord, Roblox, and the ER:LC / PRC API. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data provided by these third parties.

6.Warden+ Subscriptions

Some features are only available through Warden+, a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We may change subscription pricing or the features included in a plan. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

7.Availability & Data

Warden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including logs and configuration) will be retained indefinitely. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important to you.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warden and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Warden at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using Warden at any time by removing the bot from your server.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Warden after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
